Steampunk Dresser/Sideboard

This solid wood Broyhill dresser has been transformed into a one-of-a-kind Industrial Steampunk Style Statement Piece. Use it as a Dresser, Sideboard, TV Stand or even a Coffee Bar Station. Whatever you decide it’s sure to be a conversation piece.

Base coat was hand painted using Dixie Belle’s Gravel Road. The drawers and cabinet doors (inside included) are layered using a decoupaged technique with @roycycled industrial steampunk themed papers. Craft gears were added to various areas of the decoupaged papers. To further enhance this piece Dixie Belle’s Rust, Bronze Patina, Cavier, and Moonshine Pacific Metallic and Silver Metallic paints were applied using a blended technique to the unfinished areas of the dresser which compliment the decoupage steampunk papers. The old hardware on the bottom two drawers were replaced with industrial style pipe handles. The knobs on the other drawers and cabinet doors were replaced with customized industrial style knobs.
